Oceanis Health & Fitness Club

Oceanis is located in the Marine Court hotel. Oceanis is a small but luxurious club that offers the personal touch you would have to pay extra for in other gyms.

Fitness Classes at Oceanis

Oceanis provides a wide range of fitness classes including circuits, running classes, swiss ball, boxercise, combo classes and yoga. Abdominal classes are taken in the gym on request. All ages and abilities are always welcome. We also provide a creche 3 days a week for family members.

The Gymnasium

The gymnasium is fully air conditioned, contains a wide variety of cardio-vascular equipment, resistance machines, free weights to suit all abilities and fitness levels. When requested, gym assessments are carried out by staff who are fully qualified fitness instructors. Heart monitoring equipment is also available to all Oceanis users. Oceanis is open to all hotel residents and also private members.

The Pool Facilities

An outstanding feature at Oceanis is the 18 metre heated swimming pool (maximum depth of 1.6m). The swimming pool contains a hydrotherapy bed within the shallow end aimed at relaxation for swimmers. Other luxurious pool facilities include a hot spa and a steam room with all areas supervised by qualified lifeguards. We also have an Ergoline Sunbed which is an additional charge.
